The Ingram service doesn't stop after the install is complete. We offer competitive multi-year maintenance and service packages.

 

These include 2 services a year (one major and one minor), as well as 24/7 breakdown assistance. One of our engineers will always be contactable in the case your generator won't start. Meaning we are always here and available to help in case of any difficulties, no matter what the time or day.

 

If you don't have a service contract with us, we can still come and do any necessary repair work that you may require. But in this case, you won't be covered by our 24/7 breakdown assistance.

 

Your generator doesn't have to had been installed by us for you to start a service contract.
